The car is exactly what we wanted when we began this search a few weeks ago. According to my wife Mary, it is a dream to drive and she loves the color combination with the interior! Based on our traveling to various dealers (Infiniti, Lexus and BMW) it turns out to be far superior when compared to the Lexus IS 350 Convertible and the BMW 335 Convertible. I would not hesitate to refer anyone in the market for this type of automobile to your dealership for a new Infiniti

I wanted to thank you for your good customer service. I took my car to get detailed at a local car wash in my area, they left a spot on my leather which I had to take to a leather upholstry shop. They had to remove my seat to repair the leather. When I received my car the airbag light was on and wouldn't go off. I called Tom in Service at your dealership. He suggested to bring my car in which I did. Tom was very prompt and fixed my problem in a matter of minutes at no charge. It is experiences like this that make me want to come back to your dealership to receive your great customer service.

It made me feel that you were not just trying to sell me a car. When we could not find in the display area, you took me to the just arrived lot. We finally found one that was just off the truck. You explained the available options and they were installed in a timely manner. After the car was detailed, it was especially useful that you explained the various car functions and set memory positions for me.
