Available only during the 4-year/60,000 mile basic coverage. The customer must be 21 years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver's license. The customer must provide proof of primary insurance. Other restrictions apply to loan car, including mileage and day use limitations. This program is subject to change without notice at any time.

Service Loaner Policy
Kearny Mesa Infiniti is proud to provide our customers with a Loaner car when they drop off their Infiniti for service or warranty repairs. We are proud to provide this form of alternative transportation. If you will be in need of alternative transportation please notify the service department personnel at the time you make your appointment. We will always endeavor to provide you with an Infiniti motor car to drive. From time to time we may use an alternative vehicle from a rental car agency.
At the time of service write-up you will be asked to sign a loaner or rental car agreement prior to your departure from our service department. Please be advised that you must be 21 years of age, a valid drivers license and a current valid insurance card, you may want to verify with your insurance provider, the terms of coverage you have when driving a loaner or rental vehicle. We do not provide a loaner car for express services. Please be sure that you ask your Kearny Mesa Infiniti representative any questions you may have about the use of the features of your loaner vehicle or any other questions or concerns you have.
